Kfc - Osceola

I ordered 2 hard shell tacos and was in line waiting for 10 minutes and employees not wearing masks.

I ordered two soft Supreme tacos. They were decent, but didn't quite live up to the "Supreme" name. The staff member was friendly, though.

I received a mashed potato bowl that was completely drenched in gravy. After placing my order, they simply walked away from the window without providing any napkins or condiments. There's no transparency regarding pricing, as they didn't inform me how much my meal cost, and I didn’t receive a receipt either. The overall attitude was poor, and the customer service was terrible. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common problem among fast food restaurants in this area.
