Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

This place lost its touch. Chris the owner is terrible dealing with the guests and made us feel uncomfortable.

Location is no longer a Menchies location. And with the name, the quality went as well. The person at the cashier stand said it was the same owner, but you can feel the difference inside. All decor is off the walls and handwritten signs are now everywhere. The signs feel like they are threatening you with extra charges for asking for sample cups. (2 free samples, more than that is $2 each)There is also a printed sign saying that if you take a bite before paying you will incur a $5 up charge. Felt very hostile inside.

Since it stopped being Menchie's and became Froyo, it's very ugly, I didn't like it.

Awesome place! Gonna come back with a friend in a hit because they haven't been to menchies!

Management at this place is below par!!!! I paid for my ice cream. The gummie worms you could tell were old. I asked for a replacement ice cream and he said no, I asked for my money back and said no. No accountability in this place. Never go there!
