Jersey Mike's Subs - Osceola County

I loooove Jersey Mikes but here at the champions gate location they are family! They know my order by heart and they worry about me like im another cousin. I highly recommend this location.

I want to acknowledge the (GM) Allison and staff. I came in (JM) to get my sub prior to my chiropractor’s appointment and honesty a little sore and to have exceptional customer service to meet you as you enter was impeccable! I Ms. Love would Iike to acknowledge her level of professionalism and being empathetic! Thank you Alison and Staff. You guys ROCK!Happy Movement Monday !

I was treated very poor. The man on the phone couldn’t or wouldn’t tell me how long to cook vegetables so they’re soft and edible after surgery. He cursed at me and called me stupid. I’m going to have to find another sandwich shop. If I go back to Mikes I don’t know if I’ll be cursed or punched. Sorry that I’m not confident to get a possible punch or a severe cursing.Be aware of people with no customer relations

Do not even bother ordering online at this location. Placed an order and said it would be ready in 15 minutes. We waited 45 minutes AFTER our pick up time. The staff is nice, but seriously? What’s the point of mobile ordering when I could have waited in the line? Probably would have saved me some time
