Op's Tavern - OSBORNE PARK

We decided to speak to the manager about the situation. However, the staff at the register dismissed our concerns, saying they were "very busy," showing no empathy whatsoever. We repeatedly requested to speak with the manager, but each time, he refused to engage with us. After waiting for 15 minutes to see the manager, it became clear he was ignoring us, likely hoping we would just give up and leave. Finally, a staff member took a moment to discuss our experience and offered a refund, but that didn’t make up for the poor management we encountered. It would have taken the manager less than five minutes to address our concerns and provide a solution, but he chose to act indifferent and rude instead. This was the worst treatment I have ever experienced at a restaurant, and I cannot recommend this place. 0 stars.

I visited the restaurant today and have been to several of their locations before. The food and service have always been exceptional. The quality of the meals is consistently high, delicious, and the portions are generous. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and dedicated. This place is a must-visit for their midweek lunch deal—it’s fantastic! The meals are very affordable, and the cocktails are reasonably priced as well. Keep up the great work, everyone. You're the best!

This is the worst restaurant I've ever been to. The staff was rude and completely dismissive when we tried to address our concerns. The manager approached us, but instead of being helpful, he acted arrogantly and said that others would have to wait, even though we had been waiting over 35 minutes for our meals. Meanwhile, people who arrived after us were already being served. Despite having ordered our food much earlier, no one made an effort to assist us until we went to the bar just to get someone to acknowledge us. This place has the most unprofessional staff I have encountered in my life. We had just come from my grandmother's funeral, and there was a total lack of empathy from the restaurant. I would strongly advise against eating here.

Terrible experience at this bar. my parent order has been missed and if we were thinking about it, it still did not come out. order several who were placed after their departure and still no sign of our parents order. no apologies for the witness and no offer of a drink or something of this nature. the rest of our table has finished eating and still their order had not come out. at this point we talked to the manager. the person in the register always talked about the top of us when we tried to ask about it, claiming that they are “very busy” no empathy at all. we spoke to the manager several times who refused to speak to us. we waited for 15 minutes to talk to the manager who obviously ignored us, hoping that we would give up and go. THE WORST place i have ever been. The staff rude and interruptive when trying to explain our issues and dismissive. Asked for the manager to come and talk to us about our concerns but was completely ignored. He came out to then be arrogant and condescending and said other would be waiting yet we had been waiting for over 35 mins for meals where people came after and had already got their meals.. with the same food we ordered much before. No one would even bother to help or speak to us to resolve the issue until we decide to basically walk into the bar for someone to acknowledge us. This is the worst venue and worst staff I have every experienced in my life. And we had just came from our Nanna funeral and there was no empathy from this place. NEVER GO HERE
