Bidrage med feedbackThe wait time is super long during dinner hours. Try to come earlier if you can! This is a conveyor belt and iPad ordering system which is very convenient for those who do not speak Japanese. First off, the host behind the counter was very rude. You have to get a ticket from the ticket machine and everything is by time. I don't understand why it needs to have a time rather than just seating everyone once a table is available. There were so many empty booths! We asked her 2 times to say the ticket numbers in English also and she completely disregarded us. Let's talk about food. It was standard sushi. Things came quick. Some were super fresh and some were not. Drinks can be ordered on the iPad but there is also matcha and hot water at the tables. The best part is the gauchapons. Every 5 plates inserted into the slot is one game. It's by chance so if the game loses on it's own, you lose also. Upon getting the check, the waiter was a bit rude to us. I don't understand why they need to be rude when we aren't.
On the average side among other conveyor belt sushi places in Japan! For the price you pay though it’s ok but definitely can’t be compared with other sushi chain restaurants in Japan!
Not much to wait during the week. Counter seats available for a person, and people stop eating pretty fast. Sushi in Kura in the city centre is always fresh and tasty as customers come again and again. Within 5 minutes walk from the metro station Ôtti.
Typical Kura Sushi chain. This store is on the second floor, short staircase up. Mostly everything is DIY, cups, wasabi, cold water, check-in via machine, order everything via the smartpad. Standard. However, extremely high praise for their seasonal don priced at JPY$500. Very decent portion, very fresh and flavourful. Must try.
Found this Kura Sushi which is kind of away from the crowd. Fuss free self service queue number kiosk. Sufficient seats for waiting. Gave 4 stars for service but actually everything from queue number, locating the allocated table, ordering from screen to payment was self service. Good selection of sushi and other food items. I think price is good with most plates at JPY 125. Food delivery on the belt is fun and amazing. The gachapon game with the plates was fun. 1 chance per 5 plates. Kids were disappointed as we only won 1 prize for 25 plates. But overall it was good food, good fun!
