Backstage Osaka Hostel

Hey, everybody. In the backpack about 4 years (Australia, New Zealand, USA, Europe and now Japan. Mike and Denny became friends to me and there is always someone to speak in the hostel. If you are looking for a great hostel in perfect location, this is one.

Best bar in osaka, owner is extremely hospitable, easy going and always up for some friendly banter : . Good Mixed crowd of locals and international guests to mingle with. You can feel the fanfare right when you enter. And this all coming from a Non regular patron turned regular

I stayed at this hostel twice around 3 years ago in November of 2017. As I was travelling solo it was pretty nice to spend quite a few evenings chatting and drinking with the owner who was a french guy. I believe his name was Michael. I remember the hostel being well equipped, clean and having a bar downstairs, which is always a plus. Salutations d'un Quebecois en Allemagne.

This place is for me the best hostel in Japan ! Really cozy bar with a large choice of beers. It is also very easy to meet people there. Beds are amazingly comfortable and you are not disturbed by people around, thanks to the curtains around your bed. The staff is really nice and helpful, always here if you are looking for information. So if you are traveling to Osaka, don’t hesitate to book at Backstage Osaka Hostel Bar !
