Bidrage med feedbackOn 10/F, elevator at the intermediate entrance, Good Warm Restaurant, very traditional in preparation, so a little slow. Rice quality was average, sauce not about power odour from Unagi (Eel), serving Japanese aal and not fake Taiwanese aal. Have English menu and English explanation to eat it 3 ways. Unfortunately, the Japanese aal has been artificially inflated for a century. So it was expensive. Hot Tea is free.
Had the unagi set large and another set that came with the soup. Both were really good. Am not a unagi person but I would say it ranks as one of the best I’ve had. Unagi was freshly made hence you do have to wait like 15-20min before your food arrives. Staff are nice and helpful as well! Would recommend to unagi lovers, I guess?
Waited outside for 20 mins for no reason. There were plenty of seats and the waitress didn't call in anyone even though they knew people waiting outside. They did check the waiting list but just choose to ignore. We got in after we asked! They even asked people to write their name on waiting list even when there were empty table. I think their intention is to serve as little customers as possible. Haven't gotten the food yet. Feel like it will be a long wait
There are plenty of empty seats inside and remain empty for hours which do not seem like reserved seats at all. And the restaurant just let dozen of customers waiting outside for at least 45 mins to be seated. The restaurant staffs simply do not welcome customers.
One of the worst meals I had in Japan! Waited for 1 hr while so many seats inside. Then waited for 1 hr for **** eel rice! The problem is that the eel rice was really bad! Full of fish bones! And it was way to expensive for this standard! Trust me! Do NOT try this Resturant!
