Le Grotte Del Funaro - ORVIETO

The starter was maginificent, but the main dish--a mixed grill--was overcooked, dry, and absolutely tasteless. I took one look at the late and asked myself, I 'm meant to eat this? We ate outside, and a cat begged me for scraps. I fed the poor thing about half of my plate. It might have been bad luck or an off night in the kitchen, butmy advice is to avoid this place. Oh, service was OK. not aligned with the price of the place, but OK.

RUDE don’t even bother trying to dine here after 8.30pm if you haven’t booked. Staff not interested in accommodating paying customers even when many tables are obviously empty but apparently “booked”

Had a great dinner here. Setting is amazing. It’s in a cave. Great service. Yummy local homemade pasta and local wine. Don’t miss it
