Mcdonald's - Oromocto

The restaurant was extremely dirty, with garbage strewn across the floors and incorrect food orders being delivered. The tables were filthy and the bathroom floor had a cheeseburger sitting on it, covered by a wet floor sign. The food had been left there for hours, resulting in dried out bun, meat, and cheese. The soda drink station was also unclean. The staff seemed unproductive, just standing around. I spoke to both an employee and the manager to address the issues, but the overall experience was so unpleasant that I will not be returning. Negative advertising is the worst type of promotion for a business.

I observed the staff working behind the counter handling food without wearing gloves, which increases the risk of cross-contamination and potential spread of illness. Additionally, there were no electronic doors for those with accessibility needs and the designated parking spots for accessibility were incorrectly located.

Order. Please pull ahead to stall we will run it out. Bacon and Egg McMuffin combo with a Lg DD. Get the coffee..bag comes out, no hash brown. Go in get said hash brown and leave. Open Bacon Egg sandwich...it has ham on it instead of bacon yet the packaging clearly says BACON. Im too far away to be bothered which is likely what they rely on...eat sandwich....huge chunk of shell in the egg. Im on fire...... This place always has and always will be garbage.

I will not visit this location again. Place was filthy, service slow and lacking as usual. Wasn't busy when I arrived so no excuse for the filth and slow service. Kids were in the play struction which was also unclean and there was garbage on the floor. Not representing the McDonald's chain very well!

There were a group of loud and disrespectful teenagers near the bathrooms, who seemed to be causing a disturbance. I also witnessed an employee with a nose ring socializing and joking with them while on a break. This behavior seemed unprofessional. The state of the wheelchair accessible washroom was also concerning. Overall, the change in staff at this location has not been for the better. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this McDonald's.
