Even though it was late and close to closing time, I noticed Brian diligently working on cleanup tasks. I genuinely hope his manager sees this review and considers giving Brian a raise for the tremendous asset he is to the business. Although this was my first visit to this Dunkin', as a business owner myself, I understand how vital good employees are. Dedicated workers like Brian are hard to come by. Brian, you’re a gem, and if you’re reading this, never underestimate your worth. Manager, please show your appreciation to him—consider adding a little extra to his paycheck if you want to ensure he stays on board, especially during these challenging times.

Please learn how to properly toast a bagel and how to assemble a bagel sandwich using both the top and bottom halves of the same bagel. Thank you.

The drive-thru attendant asked me to move forward while I waited for our order to be prepared. After approximately 15 minutes, it became clear that our order was never going to be completed. We were the only ones in line, yet I watched as the two employees engaged in flirting with three young women instead of attending to customers. Eventually, I decided to leave without our order. I recommend avoiding this location to save your time and money.

All these kids who work here are super friendly, but iced matcha is looks like milk! It’s not even close to green color. They said they can put only 3 pumps. So if you wanna normal matcha you should ask one extra pump.

I’m giving them a 2 star only because of some of the hard working people there. It took 15min to get my medium hot coffee this morning. They had 5 people standing around talking working at the drive thru and one lady at the register trying to take orders and make the drinks for the people standing waiting to be served. They messed up one lady’s order in front of us so that took at least 10 min. It was a very large order. None of the employees offered to help with us. They need to learn to distribute the workers better and standing around talking is terrible. I got there at 8:45 and got out at 9:05. Friday morning 3/17/23
