I ordered a pizza for delivery online but when I saw the time was going to be too late for my children to eat, I phoned to cancel the order. When I got onto the store, the lady told me it just got out of the oven and we’re about to be delivered and the online ordering over estimates the delivery time. The lady drove the pizzas to me herself when she doesn’t usually do deliveries. She was such a kind soul, thank you so much. That was really lovely. I wish I asked her name to give her the recognition she deserves. Kid-friendliness: The employee wanted to make sure my kids got the delivery before they had to go to bed.

Absolutely disgusted in this store!! 1 star is too much Ordered 2 pizzas delivered 1 hot n spicy (not spicy at all) and 1 Hawaiian both came with sharp plastic bits all throughout the dough. Called right away and complained, the manager Jordan was useless and tried to tell me it was charcoal (charcoal would crumble not bend and be hard like plastic) then said it’s from the pans (if it’s from the pans, it’s clearly not for human consumption and you should be replacing your pans) refused to give me a refund and refuses to call back the owner, well who knows who that is, apparently he is also unable to be contacted. Absolutely disgusted and they should be shut down!!

It took over two hours for my food to arrive, ordered at 5.30 came some time after 7.30. I rang the store multiple times (I could have come picked it up) which they didn't answer. Not even sure the chicken is safe to eat at this point if the order trackers accurate of when it was cooked. order number was Jordan_-c74b5473.
