Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Orleans

I just came from there, and I have to say, I don't know when this place went downhill, but it's best to avoid it completely. My son tried some cookie dough flavor, and when he went to eat it, it was spoiled. It was terrible. He informed the clerk, and they did turn off and clean the dispenser, but they didn’t address the bowl of spoiled frozen yogurt—just apologized for it. We ended up throwing it in the trash and leaving. We used to really enjoy this place, but now we won't be returning.

The atmosphere is delightful, and the staff is very friendly. It's a great place for the whole family! There's a patio, and it's wheelchair accessible. You definitely have to give it a try!

This is NOT frozen yogurt. It's frozen Sorbet. Frozen yogurt is creamy this is more like frozen blended Popsicles. Very disappointing....they didn't even have strawberry
