Wendy's - Orlando

The man who took my order on September 14th was the rudest employee I have ever encountered. When I asked a question while ordering, he reacted poorly. As I waited for him to respond, he just stared at me in silence. I could sense his frustration as he took my order in a harsh manner. After that, he stood close to me with an attitude that felt intimidating. This kind of treatment towards someone in a wheelchair is completely unacceptable.

Our server, Jermain, was patient and incredibly helpful, even with a long line of customers behind us during peak hours. We will definitely be back!

I was very disappointed with the hamburgers we received; they were warm, almost cold, and quite dry and messy. We had to put them together ourselves when we got home. What made this experience even more frustrating was the long drive-thru line wrapping around the building. The manager seemed more interested in playing with a music speaker and dancing rather than overseeing operations. They sent five workers home, leaving just three to manage the restaurant, which didn’t help at all, especially since it was already 9 PM. It was quite scandalous how long it took for our order to be completed, and the quality of the food was lacking. My partner even went up to the counter to address the issues, but things still weren’t right.

The place is dirty, the staff are so rude, they don’t wear gloves to serve the food. Their clothes are dirty. I’m so sorry to say that they are very nasty. The are not clean at all. Yuckkkkkk they are very disgusting.. floor was sticky with juice, the juice container was very dirty , I needed to get some ketchup trust me I could not even taste it due to dirt. They are not good. They talk a lot while serving.The lady who was in charge, was very rude. She left us and go to the back arguing with other employees. I went to get something to eat with my kids since the kids were hungry and wanted to eat Wendy’s I had no choice but the place is youckyyyyyyyyyyy
