The Cheesecake Factory - Orlando

We had a wonderful experience with a satisfying meal full of delicious dishes. Both of our meals were outstanding, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was enjoyable.

I want to emphasize that I would never blame the server for the slow service—it's clear they were doing their best, and the issues seemed to lie with either management or the kitchen. When our food finally arrived, we discovered that we were missing some side items, and one of our meals was cold. We chose not to mention it, fearing we might have to wait even longer for replacements! On a positive note, the bruleed French toast was absolutely amazing! However, I must question the pricing—why is it so expensive, Cheesecake Factory? You serve enormous portions that are impossible for one person to finish. Maybe consider offering smaller portions at lower prices? Just a thought. Overall, while the experience wasn’t great, the food was still quite good.

We went the say before Christmas eve and it was BUSYYYY! We expected a 30-minute wait, but it was only a 15-minute wait. The food was good. My Alfredo was subpar, though. The noodles were overcooked and clumped together. Service was wonderful. Overall it was a good experience. The location is great. We recommend. We will be back.
