I'd rather eat dirt from here. the personal is completely unprofessional. they do not appreciate time, quality or use. I prefer 6 miles in the opposite direction and then go back to them. Hold it. unless their own life means nothing, then they go on

The staff is always nice to me, but the manager in the service today at 10 o'clock was terrible for the staff. older white dame manager tried to decrypt a worker to leave them via keys in the supply door. I understand this, but she tried to exclude a person who said, "who did this"? instead of being a leader, she was a tyrannin, said a hired, I had a headache her answer was "good I will give them a bigger headache" I was in the drive through and the glass door was closed when this tells them that she was yelling at her personal. I even apologise for having to deal with such a bad unprofessional leader. a simple “hey guys these keys were left in the door we cannot have done this because xyz would have been enough and deserve more respect. as someone working in retail in management, it's sad to see another manager on this wise.

My daughter and I went here to eat lunch and the worker told us that the lobby was closed, minutes later another family went in and eat. more people came up and eat inside. my daughter and I sat in my car, but others were allowed. bt2 work I am white, and my daughter is half white, the people who were allowed inside were. take them a guess, yes, that's true, they were not white. looks like racism for me, what do you think?

Waited more than 40 minutes in the drive-thru for my eating. that is ridiculous and unacceptable. if they don't have the personal, they close the load. there were 2 young people running the whole load.

So my wife just had to call the police on the night shift manager who not only refused to return her money for food they didn't have then proceeded to threaten my wife with physical violence the whole ordeal is ridiculous lucky it didn't escalate the police report will be faxed to corporate in the morning. Worst place ever !!
