Sus Hi Eatstation - Orlando

Horrendously long wait. I ordered on the app online, and my supposed 15 minute wait became just about 30 minutes. I ordered what is essentially a poke bowl, no cooking required- you literally just dump it all in.I paid extra for a substitution of 4 portions of salmon at almost a dollar each, and I was given 15 tiny cubes of salmon (yes I counted because I was absolutely astounded). I spoke with the manager, who was nice and gave me extra, but honestly I don’t even know why I accepted that because guess what?The salmon was frozen solid.They said they had no way of thawing it out and suggested I wait a few minutes for it to thaw. So here I am writing a review of this store while I wait yet again for my food to be edible.The staff were mostly kind and courteous, it was really just the experience and being served food that’s frozen (along with miserly portions for what the charges are) that has really put me off.I’m glad I had a half off coupon, but I definitely will not be back for their poke bowls, discount or not.Here’s a picture of the manager corrected poke bowl, he was generous with the correction so I am at least grateful for that.

My gosh id rate it 6 stars if I could. I have been coming here for years hands down best food in Orlando 25/10. The best quality most fresh food it’s literally an explosion of flavor in your mouth. I feel bad for people who haven’t tried it because they’re seriously missing out nothing else like it. I’m vegan and your tofu and sauces are absolutely to die for it’s addicting. I’m begging you please come to Kissimmee so I can have a shop nearby I’m pretty sure it would be a hit too. It’s like the best of sushi and chipotle I don’t know how it could get any better honestly. I love this place so much I probably go every other day. Thank you so much for existing and having great service. It seriously makes my day coming here.Vegetarian options: Great vegan options

This place is a scam! Make yourself a favor and do not waste your money if you are coming for sushi! They charge 18$ for a “sushi burrito” that is only vegetables, rice and tortilla with 3 little peaces of salmon/tuna

You just have to go here and see for yourself. Seriously!Only ate 1/2. We all had leftovers for dinner. So filling!

Went here after the “anniversary” day. I have to be honest, I don’t like where the trend is headed. I understand the price of the bowls is increasing, but to put even less meat than what I usually get is definitely criminal. I had a bowl of tuna, spicy tuna, and tempura, and I barely tasted the tuna. The meal was mostly rice. On top of that the employees don’t really talk to you anymore. And restaurants expect me to succumb to this tipping culture? I don’t think ill come back again. Maybe I’ll get my free item from the points I racked up and that’s it. Sus-hi is just not what it used to be anymore.
