Starbucks - Orlando

The staff at this Starbucks are SUPER nice. Best of any Starbucks I’ve been to.

Occasionally my drinks isn’t made correctly. If I order the same thing at least 2-3 times week I will know when it’s made incorrectly. I usually don’t complain because sometimes I’m like whatever at least I’m getting my caffeine for the day. Sometimes I buy the drink because of how it tasted the first time I ordered it. I expect that every time and it’s really disappointing when it’s not made right. The consistency is not here. running out of something is understandable but notify the customer when they come for the pick up.

I had the pleasure of being served by Shira at the Starbucks drive-through, and I couldn't be more impressed with her exceptional service. Shira's friendly demeanor and attention to detail made my visit truly enjoyable. Her professionalism and warmth brightened my day. I am enjoy coming to this Starbucks thanks to Shira's outstanding customer service!
