Sharks Underwater Grill - Orlando

Caprese salad lobster bisque and lamb chops. 2 very thin chops served with deep fried old potatoes and tziki sauce which was just ranch dressing from a bottle. The bisque was laughable being made only from lobster base, water and half and half. No actual lobster bodies used here or meat. The salad was overdressed baby greens with refrigerated tomatoes that ruined any flavor they might of had and one of the wedges was putrid. The mozzarella was typical store bought and not freshly made. Very over priced. The service was excellent from a romainian lady I think. The sharks in the tank were very entertaining but alas the food was not.

First time at SeaWorld, and we specifically sought this place out based on the recommendations of our waiter from dinner the night before. When we walked up, we were somewhat discouraged because the person in front of said that it might be a 2 hour wait for seating!?!?!?Luckily, we waited and checked as we were seated within 10 minutes!!!The abeyance was fantastic! Having a giant fish tank as the backdrop made the visit well worth it. Our waiter was really friendly, the service was fast and the food tasted great. We both had salmon dishes, and they were delish!The only negative comment that I can share is about the booths. The one booth we sat in was bear up. Specifically, the seat. I sat down and almost sunk to the floor!!! The booth seats definitely need an update.Other than that, we had a really good time and took plenty of pictures!

10/10 recommend !!Now, don't let the price points scare you. You're in a theme park everything is expensive but I am telling you instead of paying 15 dollars for a burger spend a couple more dollars and great an amazing meal here We were immediately greeted by our amazing waitress Barbara who had great recommendations, and she was so friendly and thoughtful throughout our dinning experience. She noticed one of our kids in the party. It was not having a good time, and she went over to him and pointed out special facts about the sharks in the aquarium and he definitely perked up . I was hesitant to get the lobster bisque because it was $16 and for a cup i thought it was high way robbery , but I honestly it was one of the best lobster bisques I've had in my life !!! Huge chunks of lobster and extremely flavorful . Our drinks were never empty. The whole time a couple of my friends had allergies, and Barbara was able to accommodate and help them. I ordered the shrimp dish but I substituted by side for the risotto. The shrimp was very flavorful. I would definitely order again. I don't know if I will get the risotto again I definitely needed more seasoning. The view is amazing we sat right next to the aquarium and we are very lucky because they were feeding the sharks right next to our table so we got really cool footage.On your next trip to Seaworld, make sure you stop in the shark encounter restaurants and ask for Barbara. I look forward to my next visit.

The view alone is worth the fine dining. The food is delicious and I don’t think any menu item could disappoint! Definitely recommend making reservations and going!

Excellent experience overall unlike any other restaurant dining with these Sharks. Food was phenomenal with the Kobe beef sliders (best burgers ever! and the Lamb Chops (absolutely incredible not to mention the lobster bisque was on point. Highly recommend and best food I ever had at a theme park. 5
