Shake Shack - Orlando

Awful staff and manager. Our drinks were 100% full of ice , they messed up our order, our burger came inside out , completely messed up and with the wrong ingredients. This is a busy day, so I can understand order mistakes, but the problem was that the staff and manager were rude and unwilling to fix the order. very frustrating. I don’t recommend this store -If you don’t want hassle just go anywhere else, this store’s staff is disgusting
