Ruth's Chris Steak House - Orlando

The food was fabulous and the service was even better. Mr. Anthony was the best! It was our first experience at Ruth's Chris and Mr. Anthony made it very unforgettable. Will definitely be back.

Restaurant way too crowded, had reservation with preordered wine. Had to wait, no wine at the table. Was slow to be waited on and serving staff had confusion on their part. (the serving staff was always polite, hostesses need training!!! Error made on bottle of wine pricing Caymus #333 list price on menu $155 charged $185 could have been my bad eyes. Was told since it was our anniversary cheesecake upgrade was on the house did not ask for it very nice. But was charged the upcharge of $11 and FYI was told at time of ordering the upcharge was $5. We picked Ruth Chris because we consider this a HIGH END restaurant, it did not live up to our expectations last night. We do not go there every week, but 4 times or more a year and with our area having many HIGH END places it will be 2nd thought to go back.

Best steak in town! Expensive, but worth it! Service excellent too!

Unbelievable food and service! They decorated the table for our birthday reservation and even gave a dessert at the house for birthday!

The food at Ruth Chris went downhill. I think they survive from the past. The Caesar salad was very good, the New York Strip Steak was tough. Good spinach, but Au Gratin potatoes were just OK. Our server was great and very nice. For the price, nothing taste or felt special. I'd rather eat at Flemings.
