Pizza Hut - Orlando

I ordered delivery from this restaurant twice while in Orlando. Both times, the food was excellent and the delivery arrived on time. The side of parmesan cheese came in a separate container, perfect for taking on the go. Make sure to request deep dish if that's what you want. One of the times, I tried the wings and I preferred the honey BBQ flavor over the teriyaki, although both were tasty.

If I could give it no stars, I would not recommend ordering from this place! I recently had a terrible experience where I waited almost 2 hours for the pizza. The first order never arrived, even though they claimed it did. After waiting in the lobby for 40 minutes, we called Pizza Hut and they said they would remake and resend the order. When the second order arrived, I was told to pay again, even though I had already paid once. I refused to accept the pizza and when I called Pizza Hut for a refund, they hung up on me. I called back to explain the situation, but after waiting for 20 minutes, they hung up on me again. Do not make the same mistake- order room service and save yourself the hassle.

This restaurant was terrible! The service was awful, the pizza was terrible, and it was overpriced. They even charged extra for powdered cheese and peppers! The staff was rude and could barely speak English. I had to give a star to leave a review, but I will never go back. It seems like they only care about gouging tourists going to Disney parks. They don't want repeat customers and don't care about their customers. Just a fair warning to others.

I just picked up pizza at this establishment and the pizza had burnt onions. See picture and the creamy Alfredo pasta was far from creamy instead it was dry and stale. I also ordered extra sauce on my pizza but it was dry. In addition, I also paid for marinara sauce but they didn't give me that or the creamy Italian sauce that I ordered with my salad. This was my first time at this place and I am disappointed by the quality. I can't even eat this pizza because of the burnt taste of the toppings. Do better! If your doing pickup make sure you double check they give you everything ordered!

Do not ever! OMG! Slow service and it smells nasty! It's so gross here! Very unsanitary! Yuck!!!
