Mcdonald's - Orlando

I encountered issues with the McDonald's app, which wasn’t functioning properly. On October 11, 2022, the acting manager on duty, who I believe is named Horaine (I could be mistaken about the spelling), assured me that if there were problems with the app, the restaurant would still honor the deals as long as I could show I was an active user. However, this morning, I faced the same app issues and brought it up again with Horaine. To my surprise, he refused to honor the deal even after I demonstrated my active app status, as the app was unable to load the QR code. Instead of handling the situation professionally, Horaine threatened to call the police simply for mentioning what he had told me two days prior about honoring app deals when technical issues arise. Such treatment of customers is unacceptable and should be addressed immediately. It's concerning to see restaurant owners allowing their employees to mistreat customers while profiting from the experience.

Five stars because I have no complaints against the restaurant itself. I ordered online because the line had like 20 people. I chose McDonald's because most food at the airport is not worth the price IMO and not much better quality than McDonald's. Mybreakfast sandwich/mcgriddle was tasty and hot and took about 4 minutes to get after ordering. The open tables in the food courtwere dirty and sticky, but that's not McDonald's fault.

It's nothing extraordinary, but I have no complaints about the fast food quality and service since COVID-19.

This evening, I visited the McDonald's at Terminal A of the MCO airport and encountered a rather rude young cashier. She asked if we were ready to place our order, but as we were taking just a moment to confirm our choices, she turned away and called over the next customer. Although another cashier stepped in to assist us shortly after, the behavior of the first cashier was unprofessional and left me with a negative impression of the experience.

This McDonalds has horrible service. Automated KIOSK order system, and the employees refuse to assist. Food took very long to ve prepared. Pricing more expensive than regular McDonald's With no value menu.
