Lotus Asia House - Orlando

I was really disappointed with my experience. I made a reservation through OpenTable, but when we arrived, the restaurant was closed, and there was even a sign indicating as much. I don't understand why reservations can be made for a restaurant that isn't open.

We made a reservation through OpenTable and booked a taxi to get there, only to arrive and discover that the restaurant is no longer in operation! It was very frustrating!

This restaurant was a complete letdown. The service was extremely slow, and it took ages to receive our drinks. Our hostess also acted as our waitress, which made things even more confusing. The food was quite unappetizing. I definitely won’t be returning.

Single worst dining experience ever. Only diners in the place, over 20 minutes to get a drink. Over an hour for food that was worse than a food court at the mall. 7 people cost over $500 with a mandatory preassigned tip included. Can't wait to see them go out of business.

Service was great...food was decent, and everyone very accommodating.
