Kfc - Orlando

This KFC, like almost all chicken places, sadly don't care about you. People are literally waiting in line. My last drive thru took right at 25 minutes. Grrrr

If you can spare a few extra minutes to drive to the KFC on alafaya I suggest you do. I hate this location. This store prepares food super messy. And just unprofessional. It’s crazy that they are like 3 miles from the alafaya location but the Customerservice and presentation of the food are milesssss apart

I spent $55 on dinner Ask that the gravy be put separate from the mashed potatoes, arrived home missing 2 large sides i.e. Mac and cheese and my French fries and gravy was on the potatoesTried to call all the location for 30 minutes straight constant busy signalI was getting dinner on the way home from work in Oviedo and I live by the airport so I can't go back there at rush hour to get my missing sidesSpend that much money on a meal and they're missing parts of it unbelievable

Make sure to check your food before leaving . This is what I found in my food . A long hair . This is so disgusting .

I have to say, not all KFCs are created equal. This was the worst one I have ever visited. The food was not up to my standard. I only went there because my first choice was temporarily closed due to a gas leak. The drive-thru lane was too narrow and the fries were not crispy and dry. The seasoning was lacking and it did not taste like it was from a professional chicken chain. Also, the neighborhood did not feel safe. I suggest trying somewhere else.
