Fuji Sushi - Orlando

The Dynamite Roll is fantastic! It's one of my favorites, especially when paired with a little soy sauce. The flavors blend beautifully and create a perfect balance. It does have a slight greasiness, so it's best to enjoy it soon after it's made. While it's not exactly a "fresh" tasting roll, it’s still delicious. The Rainbow Roll* is decent, but not my top choice—it's a solid combination of classic sushi ingredients. It falls somewhere between fresh and not-so-fresh, so you might want to try ordering it earlier in the day for a better experience (before 7:00 PM). Overall, Fuji Sushi is a lovely spot and, in my opinion, the best sushi value around Union Park/Waterford Lakes. Their specialty rolls are usually excellent, and I will definitely be coming back!

Honestly, the crunch wasn't crunchy at all on the Super Shrimp Crunch Roll, so I wouldn't recommend it. However, the 6 oz Fried Calamari was fantastic! Plus, they really fill the sauce containers to the top.

I decided to give this restaurant another chance, but I quickly remembered why I had stopped ordering from them. The sushi was terrible—nothing tasted fresh and it had an overwhelming fishy smell. I spent $40 on food, but after just three bites of sushi, I had to throw it away. If you're looking for good sushi, I recommend trying Fujiyama instead.

United Roll* is my favorite. Its not the best spot in Orlando but its good, reliable and affordable. As a sushi connoisseur theres something for everyone on the menu. Quality of sushi pretty good. Nice staff.

Spicy tuna roll IS NOT what is pictured. Its a blend of wasabi mayo and a little tuna that is really disgusting. Its mostly mayo to the point that the rolls lose their shape. DO NOT ORDER!!
