Chick-fil-a - Orlando

I ordered Chicken Mini Trays for a PTA event, and everyone loved them! They were thrilled to have something warm to eat and kept asking where they came from. You were a huge hit! The restaurant was clean and well-organized, and the staff even helped me carry everything to my car, making for a smooth morning. Thank you! I'll definitely be back!

This is the worst Chick Fil A throughout Central Fl. The workers who do not even try to pretend that they like their job and like to serve. When I go during my lunch in the nights, waiting is usually extended. For several reasons, including medical, bacon is not part of my diet. The order said no bacon or tomatoes in the Cobb salad. When I went to dinner (drive thru order). They gave me no egg and gave me bacon. I had a hard day and realized that I had eaten nothing, except fruits were 7 months pregnant, so I decided for the next place with a healthy option (cook salad). I called and reported the order question that has now made me miss another meal, and all I was offered was a refund. I said I wouldn't be able to skip another meal, but I had no choice. Thank you. Chick Fil A. I'm not gonna go shopping with you again, I'm going on days I don't cook.

This is one of the friendliest and most efficient fast food spots I've ever visited. Unfortunately, that seems to have changed. They've started hiring staff who are rude, ineffective, and frequently mess up orders. I've been a loyal Chick customer for years, mostly for your tea and customer service, but I've been quite disappointed lately, especially with the Maitland location. Perhaps you should consider using mystery shoppers to identify and address these issues before they impact your bottom line. By the way, the tea is still fantastic!

The manager arrived at work and, noticing us waiting for our order as soon as he set down his bag, promptly stepped in to assist his staff who were attending to other guests before us. He took our order right away, was very courteous, and provided excellent customer service. As always, the food was delicious.

Jacob was the only person who seemed like he cared about the customers in the restaurant. The leadership above him was lacking. Even the food was bad. I felt bad for Jacob. The sandwich was fully burnt with flakes coming off (see photo). I used to work FOH for CFA and I?m shocked. The food took forever to get to us and it was wrong the first time. Sad. We are still here as I write the review. Leadership in this place is lacking. Everyone seems aimless. So many people walking around and only Jacob moving fast trying to help serve people. No smiles besides him. Manager should have come to our table to say something after what happened and crickets. Shocking. My kid got chicken minis and the bread was hard. One of the nuggets was more just a crusty piece of batter with no chicken inside. (See photo)
