Buca Di Beppo - Orlando

We had 16 reservations and our waitress was amazing!

We gathered the family there for a sudden death in the family. the restaurant could no longer have come before, and the staff was so wonderful for us, eating and the service is excellent. we are so grateful and love this restaurant!

My family and I celebrated my daughter’s graduation at Bucca di Beppo. We chose this restaurant because of their family style dining. Though we had to remind our server a few times of requested items, our service wasn’t horrible. It wasn’t until a different server came over to assist our server with the cake. This server leaned completely over our cake. When she was made aware of leaning over the cake and almost smashing it, she immediately became defensive. She proceeded to argue with me about having bigger plates for the cake (plates we did not request) rather than taking accountability. She immediately brushed past me nearly bumping into me. This by far was the worst experience that I have ever had. I was expecting more when eating at this restaurant. I am highly disappointed and refuse to eat here again.

Since our ceremony ended early your staff was able to work us in sooner. Food was hot, the apple Gorgonzola salad was amazing, and the server did a great job. Thank you!
