Tradycja Polish Fusion Cuisine

My fiance and I walked in 45 minutes before closing (I know, we're monsters) and they still sat us, and I can't say how happy I am they did! I started with the fried pierogi appetizer which did an awesome job balancing both sweet and savory flavors. For our main courses we both ordered the pork loins, one with a mushroom sauce and the other the creamy mushroom sauce. Both were delicious but the creamy mushroom sauce definitely was the winner, it came with smoked sheep's cheese on top. It was one of the tastiest things I've had in the Chicago area! Service was similarly great, attentive and we're excellent with my fiance's long list of food allergies. Overall this was a great experience and I can't recommend Tradycja enough! This is some of the best food I have ever had in my life!! We ordered on Door Dash and liked it so much we went to check out the buffet. Great selection and we did not have a single thing that wasn’t delicious. If I could only have one food for the rest of my life, it would be their potato dumplings. This is my new favorite restaurant and I’m taking everyone who visits me here. Delish Flight; •Quince Liquor •Honey Wine •Limoncello •Cherry Liquor Sheep's Cheese Soup was super creamy and a hug to my soul. Pierogis were light crispy. Vrry unique. Will be back!
