Universal Studios The Cowfish Sushi Burger

Really not all neg reviews that cowfish has here. I got the tree horn roller modified to be vegan and it was one of the best sushi reels I had in my life. the staff was super sweet and helpful. the ambience of this restaurant is also super cool. there are not a number of options, but as I do not have a lot of options when one of the options is as good as the treehugger!

While this place has very limited vegan options, I have the vegetarian roles (the are the only vegan roles! and the sea salt edamame. Unfortunately, the tree-hugger rollers contain mushrooms that can be removed to make it "vegan", but it is fried in the same frit as other rolls. It looks like they also have a vegan salad (goat in the garden minus the goat cheese). Service was also quite fast! Have fun.

I tried. I was excited about the mushrooms that should come in, but they said to make it vegan, you had to take them out. I wasn't a fan of them and sent them back and took two orders from the Veggie role. The first veggie roll cane out with a lot of avocado. The second floor with so little that it wasn't so good. I was very disappointed. My husband got the Veggie Burger, he thought it was tasteful, but it somehow collapsed and fell apart. I tried a bite, it was okay. I probably wouldn't go back, especially because I had a stomach pain right after dinner there. They had the possibility of a mini-Veggie-burger I almost got after my food was a flop. There was an option with a mini aggie burger and a sushi roll so that a good option could be in a pinch. Not to say not to try it for yourself. I would recommend to add avocado in the veggie role and maybe skip the tree hug roll.

We really like the vegan sushi roll options on the Cowfish we did not find traditional articles, so the term fusion, included in the role like mushroom, red paprika, red onion and basil. This was the “tree Hugger” on the menu. Our selection from the extensive Craft Beer list and the long cocktail menu was added to our afternoon. The staff was knowledgeable and could efficiently indicate the dishes that can be prepared vegan. You must definitely ask how the vegan burger came as listed with a non- vegan bungalow, but can be replaced with a correct option. Great atmosphere. We'd be back.
