Bidrage med feedbackDieucks is not for everyone, so I entered the load and I stand at the pick-up area waiting for someone to ask me how can I help them, but I got nothing, another customer enters the load waiting a minute then razing saw me in the eyes then asked the guy who came after me, they are waiting for something and helped him out. that waited and I count the minutes, after maybe 10 minutes someone asked me what they are here?. that's ridiculous. but why? is it because I see that? am I not welcome? should I stop drinking coffee or changing the way I see? the service was terrible, and I hope someone will take this matter seriously and tell the workers there is not how they think that the customer is to treat everyone the same!
This is my favorite Starbucks by far. The staff is always so kind and friendly when I order and very attentive and generous with our needs. We go to church every morning and stop at this location. They make our coffees so well and the staff is the BEST they always start our mornings off on a great foot.
I’m very disappointed with the poor customer service for this shop today ion 180th and wolf road in Orland park Illinois. I decided to goInside the store since the drive thru was long. I was the first in line to order when I came in. Several minutes later I noticed that I’m not getting my order. Several customers at least 5 behind me had already gotten their orders. I then asked politely the guy who was mixing several drinks for some customers about my order but he said “ it’s not my Job”. I again asked him if he can check my order and again he said it’s not his job. I then went to the lady who tookMy order and she apologized for the mishap. I understand it was a busy morning but the guy who consistently said it’s not his job dies not represent you as a company with good reputation. By the way that coffee and sandwich was for a special mom on this Mother’s Day. I hope this company can enlighten this kind of employee about good customer service. He could have at least said “ I’m sorry for the delay but I can have someone help you with your order”
Every time I come here they mess up the most simple order. If I say I want a lemonade they put water if I say I want all these extra ingredients they charge me for it and don't add it. I'm really over this location.
Amazing they knew I was plowing and offered a free drink denied it since I already had coffee from another Starbucks. Very friendly staff. I like the one in Lockport where I’m usually get my coffee and did.
