P.f. Chang's Orland Park

We had to wait 30 minutes after our reservation, but the food was still delicious and the service was attentive. Nice staff, especially how busy it was.

The restaurant was packed and they were short staff so the reservations were about 30 minutes or so behind. That was not bad because we waited at the bar and the bartender was attentive. The staff was friendly despite the rush. Unfortunately, the food suffered. The Mongolian beef was very dry, and they forget to bring our appetizers halfway through the meal. They made the appetizers that were nice. All in all, it was not a bad experience. Like many places it is simply not as good as it was pre-pandemic.

We usually visit the location Schaumburg, but this Orland Pk site had actually better everything! The service was top notch, even if our server trained... both were excellent! The proportion of food and quality was much better than the location Schaumburg. This can be our new place for P.F. Changs!

Got caught in traffic on the way to restaurant so I moved the reservation back to accommodate but on arrival the restaurant was extremely crowded at the arrival desk once I was able to check in the front desk person was extremely rude and said that my original reservation was canceled because of a no show. I explained I made the change and showed her my confirmation but she was not willing to work with us. Instead she offered us a wait list for over a hour and a half wait time. We left the restaurant vowing never to return for how we were treated

If you are celebrating a birthday, make sure you know that on your reservation. Great service and the birthday boy felt very special.
