Panera Bread - Orland Park

I visited this restaurant yesterday for lunch with my parents. My mom often goes there to buy their fantastic tomato basil bread. While we were ordering our meals, she requested a loaf, but the cashier informed us that they were currently out of stock. After we finished eating, I approached the manager, Jenn, to express our appreciation for the delicious lunch and to mention that we would have to return for that tomato basil bread. To my surprise, she said she would check in the back, as she didn't think they were completely out. A short while later, she brought out a fresh loaf for us! We always have a wonderful experience at Panera, and I can’t wait to go back. Thanks again, Jenn!

It was my first time dining there, and I loved it! The soup was wonderful, and the staff had an excellent attitude towards customer service.

It was, as always, a wonderful experience. I’ve been coming here for years! It's a great place to visit, whether you're on your own or with loved ones. The management is excellent now; I hope they stay. Coy was especially pleasant and helped me at the register. It felt nice to receive such old-fashioned politeness!

The associates named Kobe and Leo are excellent workers they made sure my food was 100% accurate and delicious. I’ll surely come back. They deserve raises and management positions
