Bidrage med feedbackNice spacious Pilot with good food choices. Friendly staff. Clean. Easy access to propane for RV fill. Dedicated RV trailer fuel lanes. Still waiting for Pilot to start using signage to indicate RV trailer ONLY to keep passenger vehicles from usingthese lanes. Makes it tough on those who really need them.
Best Pilot in California, clean overall, the guy that cleans the showers needs a raise, thank you for having the showers clean after a long day of work and driving. Staff is positive, friendly and seemed to be focused on making sure things are runninggreat. Layout of the truck parking lot I feel is great compared to other Pilots, has a clean feel outside, peaceful vibe, no onehas to walk too long to get into the drivers entrance. My only complaint would be that the washers were not working except one, hopefully they get that fixed quickly because time is money and we need to sleep before hitting the road. This review is comingfrom a trucker?s wife who is picky as hell, I don?t like the trucking life but I support my husband in whatever he chooses to doto put food on the table. Especially if he makes me a part of it :
I always look forward to stopping at a Pilot when I'm on the road. They truly offer everything a traveler could need, whether you're on your own or with family, for short trips or long-distance journeys. They have a great selection of food and drinks, snacks, sit-down dining options, electronic chargers, vehicle repair supplies, clean restrooms, and even showers! Besides food, they also stock toiletries, tourist souvenirs, toys, and gift items. The staff is typically polite, friendly, and helpful, making it a pleasant experience. It's quite rare to encounter anything different. Highly recommend Pilot!
I’ve lived in this area for 40 years and fill my truck up four times a week since I commute 45 minutes to work six days a week. While I might still stop by for pizza or Wendy's, I will no longer be spending my gas money here. I was in a hurry since I was running late for work and didn’t have enough fuel to get there, which is why I ended up putting just $15 in my tank instead of the $100 I had planned. Additionally, I realized last night after filling up that I had entered the wrong driver number at the Pilot station because of my rush. I've faced issues with declined cards at other gas stations before, but the poor customer service at this one really stood out. These cashiers need to understand that a declined card can be really stressful for customers, and it’s not right to treat anyone rudely in that situation. In closing, I've come away feeling like I was the rude customer. If I happen to stop in for pizza and he’s working, I think I’ll just leave.
This is probably the best Pilot I've ever visited. The store is huge and offers a fantastic variety of food options, including hot meals, cold items, snacks, and much more. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the restrooms were. The staff were all very friendly, and there’s also a self-checkout option available.
