Bidrage med feedbackI remember when Cine Cuvée wine bar was being established in 2015 next to the Theater. The space used to be a Kasper's Hot Dogs. It's taking my nostalgia back now. I walk around the Square on a regular basis, but usually my mind is so focused on business, that I don't take time out to stop and appreciate the beautiful, quaint surroundings around me. So often, I tell myself to make it a point to stay late, go to a movie, and relax and enjoy a glass of wine or draft beer. That's it. That's what we're gonna do. Sadly, right now, as with many businesses, they are either closed or limited to take-out only due to the Covid-19. Yesterday we stopped by for the wine, movie and popcorn deal to participate in their fundraiser. I saw their ad today for Frank Family Chardonnay and Rombauer Merlot for only $25 a bottle! Two to-go, please! We will be on the lookout for more fundraiser deals here while they last. We've definitely got to stop in for Happy Hour weekdays between 5-6. I had no idea! Looking forward to spending time at Cine Cuvée when we're all back on track.
Before movie, enjoy a glass of your favorite wine here. Incredible experience.
Such a hidden gem! I rarely ever go to Orinda, but while I was driving in the Eastbay on a Sunday afternoon my bf and I decided to stop somewhere for a glass of vino. A quick yelp search later, we decided on checking out Cine Cuve. Parking can be a bit difficult, even on a Sunday evening.. which was surprising. Cine Cuvee is located right next to the local theater, and their decorations give a nod to old Hollywood. Loved it! We decided to sit outside and enjoy the great weather with a glass of their brut rose. Delicious! Wine menu is really expansive, with a lot of flight choices too. Customer service was awesome! We were helped by Mark, who I think might have been the owner/manager. He let us know about all the different events they have going on during the week (karaoke, trivia, etc) and that you can order food their to take into your movie next door! Super nice guy, and the place had an overall friendly/welcoming vibe. I'll make sure to stop by next time I'm in Orinda!
