Tim Hortons - Orillia

This was next to our hotel. Went there for breakfast. Staff were rude and throwing food at customers when ready. One of the worst Tim Hortons in terms of customer service.

Very bad service. The lady just kinda threw the food to me instead of giving it nicely. Same when I asked for napkins, she kinda threw it. Not even smiling. It was early in the morning not even 7am yet and this lady looked like tired already and unhappy. Ihope other customers get better service.

The majority of the staff are polite and friendly. As a regular at this Timmy's, a few team members are familiar with my order and the times I typically visit. They often ask if I'm here for my usual or if I'd like to add something extra. I really appreciate that they take the time to remember my preferences!

I just visited the Tim Hortons drive-thru and ordered a large chocolate chill and two donuts. Unfortunately, my drink had hardly any whipped cream and no syrup at all. I'm quite disappointed, as this is the second time I've received it this way.

The restaurant is consistently understaffed, resulting in very slow service. Unfortunately, the hardworking employees bear the brunt of customer complaints due to management's decision not to schedule enough staff, possibly to cut labor costs for a bonus at the end of the quarter. If you're in a hurry, it's best to avoid this place.
