Kfc - Orillia

Very bad customer service. ordered popcorn huhn combo and received 10 small popcorn pieces when other KFC francs get them a stack. they don't even give up, so when I checked out what I charged, I didn't have one.

They can be met a little in recent years and miss. sometimes eating hot and fresh and the service is great, but quite often there may be problems in a department or another between waiting an extra long time for service/food, with objects not available, measuring on ordering and eating not fresh it makes it hard to give them 5 stars. Hopefully, they can improve in these essential categories that move forward because they are really great when they are on the spot.

Staff were super friendly. The food was hot fresh, but the options were limited. Sizing has changed and prices have gone up quite a bit.

Everytime we order we are always missing something from our bag. Or when we order a bucket a of chicken we aren't getting the correct pieces. I'm sorry but a chicken doesn't have 4 drums. Or 5 wings. We call and we get told we will get a credit. It never happened. We like our KFC chicken. But is it worth the price everytime we go we don't get everything.

Guys. This is not the famous chicken sandwich. This is embarrassing for $9. The Popeyes chicken sandwich is cheaper and infinitely higher quality than whatever this attempt of a chicken sandwich is. It’s an abomination, and KFC doesn’t need to look hard to figure out why no one’s talking about this sandwich when the quality control is this bad. Just to add: when done right, this is a good sandwich. The Orillia location does not make this sandwich correctly at all.
