Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Orillia

Excellent Service!! I have never seen such quick service, considering how many people were waiting in line. Despite being under a lot of pressure, everyone was still very friendly and kind. Thank you!

We live in Muskoka but always go down to the Orillia Dairy Queen for birthday cakes. Whoever does the drawings on the cakes does a fantastic job.

It’s Dairy Queen! Don’t need much explanation here. Service is good. Staff is friendly. They have some picnic tables for outdoor dining can watch a ballgame across the street if anyone’s playing. Even when there’s a line, it moves at a reasonable pace. Wish they could expand the parking lot, but it is what it is. Only got to eat half my blizzard, but that’s not DQs fault… adorable 3 yr old in my family decided he liked mine more than his. Oh well… I’ll order a bigger one next time. ?

We've been to this DQ many many times over the years but the recent visit for dinner will be my last. Some of the staff members need training or retraining from head office on customer service and what that entails. Sorely lacking at this location. This DQ is also needing an update, it's one of the older ones and it really shows. It's not the nicest atmosphere to dine in.
