Situado entre campos de olivos, es sin duda un lugar privilegiado, perfecto para desconectar por un momento o por unos días si también te alojas en su hotel. Este restaurante destaca por utilizar muy buen producto y productos típicos manchegos, además de la originalidad y la combinación de texturas en los platos que preparan. Estuvimos alojados en el hotel durante un fin de semana y tuvimos la oportunidad de desayunar allí. Destaca la gran variedad de aceites para acompañar las tostadas y un buffet muy variado. También cenamos un día y descubrimos unos platos excelentes y unos postres de chocolate insuperables. Además, el servicio es muy bueno y eficiente. Al estar ubicado en un hotel spa, podrás imaginar que los precios no son precisamente baratos, pero si quieres darte un capricho algún día, este es un buen lugar para hacerlo. No te decepcionará.

Ubicado en el complejo hotelero y de hípica Villa Nazules, este restaurante está muy bien mantenido, al igual que el resto de las instalaciones, y ofrece una carta de cocina manchega en la que destacan platos como el Arroz meloso con pichón y nube de queso manchego, Tronco de venado mechado con tocino ibérico, Terrina de foie con su escabeche, Vinagreta de lentejas con crujiente de cecina, Rodaballo con txangurro en salsa verde, y de postre Tarta de tres chocolates en texturas y Coulant de chocolate.
