Venti's Cafe Taphouse - Oregon

Burger was dry, and mediocre, very pricey for the quality and slow service on the day I went. Server looked miserable. Smallest bathroom sinks ever and whole place could use a cleaning. Tater tots were great. 18 for the burger/tots, 3.50 for a small coke, .50 for a side of ranch…not worth the money.

Wow!! This place went downhill fast. Poor quality ingredients coupled with poor preparation and service, and I had one lousy meal. Used to LOVE Venti's for their burgers and tots. Talking to the lady manager was like talking to a robot. Though she did offer to not charge for the meal, so I guess I am not out anything for the bad experience. Hopefully, they can self-correct and get back to where they were a few years back. Please Venti's, Do Better, we miss you.

I really liked it. My father, who has run probably 300 marathons and could teach a survivalist how to eat rocks, hated having to sit outside.

Update: I hadn't tried them in while, so I called in an order. Evidently, they do not take phone orders. I was told to come in or use the website. I just said my mistake and called somewhere else. Honestly, I wish they would. The sweet potato fries are great

Mediocre food quality for take-out lunch items was disappointing because it's been good in the past. Doubt that we'll order here again. Staff didn't seem to appreciate the order either.
