Food was great.service a bit on the slow side for service

Food was very good but service not so much. We waited a good 15 minutes before the waitress came to order which we had to order our drinks then because no one took the order for those first. We eventually got our food but had to wait another 5 minutes to get our silverware we had to ask for. We were done eating and were asked how we were doing, at that time we asked for a go box and our bill. Got the go box then nothing for another 10 minutes. We had to go up to the counter to pay. You can ignore any bad reviews, because any restuarant that will serve you as they are closing is awesome! We got a late start from Southern Oregon and got into town at 854. All the restuarants, including Rancho Viejo, close at 9. We called one restuarant and they answered the phone that they were already closed. When my husband walked into Rancho Viejo, they were very kind and welcoming. The nachos were huge, hot, and delicious. We will definitely be back! Gracias!

The staff here were very friendly, but when you ask for a blended margarita that is what you should get. Then, I ordered shrimp, baby lobster and crab but the server came and told me they were out of shrimp. I asked for a menu to choose something else, only to find out there was shrimp but not the other seafood. I received my plate there was shrimp and chicken. It was delicious.

We had a wonderful dinner. I had a tostada combo dinner. My wife had seafood fajita combo plate. Both meals were excellent. The service was wonderful. Great food and service, we'll go back again!
