Mcdonald's - Oregon

Ordered the 3 hotcakes and sausage just as it says on the menu. We received our order and found 3 orders of it. I went back up and politely stated we only wanted 1 — 3 hotcakes and sausage. I was then told I should have ordered the platter. I didnt realize there was different terminology to order what's on the menu. I guess it should be labeled as a platter! Also, worth mentioning the syrup and Jelly containers were covered in sticky...... (guessing one was opened) Why toss it in the bag?

Visited for breakfast…A+ job to the morning crew, food was hot, fresh, tasted wonderful customer service was acceptional....went back later that afternoon for lunch… service was mediocre at best, cashier messed up the order…not impressed with the mid- day crew… attitudes were ok, just need to listen to what people are actually ordering instead of guessing.... ask questions if not sure…

Many McDonald's are allowing in door dining again and have been for quite sometime. This McDonald's doesn't. Drive thru is extremely busy all the time. Open up the rest of the country is.
