Staff acted like they didn't care just get you through

This place is prolly the worst subway I’ve ever been to. Today my sandwich bread was stale/OLD. It was NOT fresh. Also, I ordered online and missing chips. Not first time this has happened and zero resolution each time. Tried calling and they won’t answer the phone. Emailed and no response

Their website had no way to order for a future time so I had to place a second order and specify in the “special instructions” to please wait to make the previous order. They still ended up making my order over an hour before my pickup so most of my subs were cold and had soaked through their wrapping paper. Very disappointed in service.

Went in to get a turkey footlong today at 12:30pm.A young man helped me and after he layed on the turkey, he laid down a few pieces of cheese when Im used to getting more from other subway. He proceeded to lay down five pieces of spinach when I finally told him that he is really skimping on proportions. He put on half maynlonase and told me hes out of mustard. I noticed theyre more expensive than other Subways and pretty much give you a skimp thin sandwich. Avoid this place at all costs and go t … – show
