Le refuge - Orçay

Very nice restaurant in the forest of Vierzon. There's enough parking space. Friendly and personalized welcome. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the proposed dishes. Let's take the full menu. Excellent foie gras, beef fillets flambé à la fleur de thym bleu et saignant (cuit as necessary and a superb net quality). The desserts are homemade and very copied. Wine from the region and Occitania at respectable prices. The staff whose mistress comes to see if everything's okay. I advise this establishment that would deserve one or two forks to the red guide. To be recommended.

We ate there a noon after arriving unexpectedly: friendly place, fast service, very friendly and welcoming staff, delicious cuisine, very reasonable price. Perfect!
