Matia Kitchen - Orcas Island

An unforgettable culinary experience. This is a delayed review since we visited last year, but it left such a lasting impression that I felt compelled to share it. Although we didn't travel to Orcas specifically for this restaurant, we certainly will when it reopens. The atmosphere is deceptively simple, yet it places an unwavering emphasis on the food. We opted for the tasting menu, and it was one of those meals where you find yourself in awe and curiosity at each dish being served. The service team perfectly complemented the inviting and friendly ambiance, enhancing the overall experience. I can't wait for their reopening!

The atmosphere is delightful, and the food is wonderfully innovative. They made a remarkable effort to pair your food preferences with the perfect wines. The service is outstanding.

Absolutely amazing! The atmosphere is beautiful, the food is delicious with fantastic flavors, and the service is top-notch. It’s just as good as the original Matia, if not better! I can’t wait to return soon!
