Bidrage med feedbackChedeng is a cozy eatery situated within the wet and dry market in Orani, Bataan. While it might be on the more expensive side, it's definitely worth a visit, particularly for their pancit palabok and okoy! Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
Featured on "Byahe ni Drew" and various other TV programs, this restaurant is a local favorite that I visit frequently. If you're from Orani, the mention of pancit palabok immediately brings this place to mind. Having been in operation for several years, this restaurant has gained quite a reputation. I’ve been enjoying their food since elementary school, and I must admit, it's not quite as good as it used to be, which is disappointing. In the past, their menu was limited to palabok, puto, kutsinta, and tamales, but now they've expanded to include a variety of dishes such as okoy and donuts. You can easily order a short order or get the same dish again.
This restaurant offers great value for money with generous portions. The food is fresh and delicious, sourced directly from the nearby market. I have no complaints—everything tastes fantastic, and the prices are low thanks to their affordable ingredients. My only drawback is that it can get quite crowded, especially since parking is first come, first served. Overall, it’s a wonderful place for breakfast!
