We placed an order April 8th, 2024 at 9:43pm not realizing that the store closed at 10pm. The order was confirmed and we received the email at 9:43pm, at which point we receive a call from the store stating they do not serve any customers past 9:30pm even though they are open until 10pm. He states he will refund the order. No refund comes through. He calls back says he refunded the order. Still no email was received about a refund. I asked to get the managers name to deal with this incident, the employee states he doesn't know his managers name nor when he will be in and hangs up the phone. It’s REAL hand breaded chicken! You pay for the Quality and quantity!!! The chicken is so fresh, the buns, the vegetables! Everything you order is freshly made, worth the price!!! Such a Kid friendly environment too, the man is such a gentleman and so empathetic! God bless him! Coleslaw is freshly made, buns are so fresh, like it’s right from the bakery! The sandwich is just delicious, the sauces are also hand made! The honey garlic parmesan so outstanding! 10/10 these are the little chicken bites !
