Bidrage med feedbackI was hesitant to even give this restaurant 1 star. My friend and I were craving sushi after the holiday festivities, but were too hungry to drive out of town for our usual spot. Despite bad past experiences with the food and service at this location, we decided to give it another try. The server was rude and impatient with us, even though we were two of only six people in the restaurant. The food was subpar; my salmon handroll had brown spots on the fish and our miso soups were cold and watery. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I regret not driving the extra 45 minutes to hour for better quality food and service. I would recommend getting sushi from a grocery store instead.
We keep trying to give this place another chance. But bottom line- the food is not great, we go to Brampton for better now. The service is horrendous. Rude unprofessional and off putting. I’m guessing you have to pay extra for a smile or a kind word. Unfortunate.
Went here for lunch today. First of all the price is ridiculous. You can choose a basic menu for like $17 or a 'deluxe ' menu for $26. The basic menu doesn 't even have edamame. I am a big sushi fan....I lived in Japan for 3 years and I know my sushi. The increase in AYCE sushi places has been awesome! This place however was just abysmal. Very little selection....nothing special at all and way overpriced. I am annoyed that my husband and I wasted a rare 'kid-free ' meal on this place. Will not be back.
I revisited the restaurant after the COVID-19 pandemic and discovered that it now has new ownership, who have unfortunately not maintained the quality of the place. The woman sitting next to me was told her bento box would take 10 minutes, but ended up waiting 40 minutes. When she finally received her food, she found the salmon to be inedible and left. I decided to order from their iPads, but only half of the items I selected were brought to me. The staff blamed me for not pressing the send button, but when I questioned why only part of my order went through, they once again said it was my fault. The food was a significant downgrade from what it used to be.
There is no option for 0/5. And that would be too much to give. Waited over 3 hours for food to be delivered. Drove to the restaurant to find out what happened and no one was able to help. The staff were less than helpful and blamed skip the dishes for the problem. The food was finally delivered cold. Owner was not professional or helpful to say the least. Each person we tried to speak to were unable to understand what the problem was and they brushed us off saying that they were busy. Two young children were manning the delivery table and three drivers were waiting over 45 minutes to pick up orders. Orders were on the table waiting for pick up as well. Heed the advice and go elsewhere. Not worth the and the service is less than sub par.
