Pizza Pizza - Orangeville

I ordered pizza online and paid by the credit i had on my account. The agent on the phone told me that I can pickup the pizza in 15 min and will not need to pay anything as I have paid already. When we went to pickup the pizza with our 2 kids who were very tired and hungry from camping trip. When we got to the pizza pizza store to pick up the pizza. First of all there was a lineup and there was no staff on counter and finally a young man came to counter to serve. I asked him that we have come to pickup the pizza for Robby. He got the pizza and told me I needed to pay for my order and I told him that I have already paid for this on phone with the credit on my account. Then he checked the receipt and showed to another staff named Robert. And Robert came to me and said you need to pay for the order its not been paid for . I told him I will call the pizza pizza to ask them. When I called pizza pizza the lady on the phone told me that I need to connect you to customer service who will be able to check for me. Then I was on hold for 10 min. Our kids were hungry so we decided to pay for this order and call pizza pizza later. My husband went to the counter and Robert came and told my husband that your wife doesn 't want pay for pizza and he can 't give us the pizza. My husband said we will pay for the pizza and get it and call the your pizza pizza online later. Robert for some reason started shouting at my husband and said of course you need to pay to get the pizza its not been paid for. My husband said stop shouting at us we will pay but Robert kept on abusing my husband while pizza was siting on the counter getting cold for last 20 min. Then Robert finally decided to check the receipt and found out that the order has been paid for and literally told us its paid for take the pizza after all the abuse he gave us. I am sure either he was drunk or on drugs. It was so was such an embarrasement infront of my kids. All the people in the store were watching and there was another lady staff who came over the told Robert go out and calm down and have a smoke outside. But Robert kept on shouting loudly at my husband. We have everything on camera. I would never want anyone to be treated like this by a pizza pizza staff. I am sure I would like to share my experience with everyone on social media. My husband didn 't want to take this pizza anymore but since my kids were so hungry after a camping trip I had no choice so i picked it up. My kids were so scared and mentally shocked by this fight at pizza pizza. I am not sure if we will ever visit pizza pizza.

If you like your pizza burnt and tasting like cardboard then ok don't say I didn't warn you before hand

I'm not sure why they have a Boston Pizza image here. But Pizza Pizza is the best pizza place in town. I'll tell you why. First the staff. They are very nice, friendly and they remember you when you come back. They are fun and funny, and always are polite. The food. The pizza is my kids favourite in town, hands down. Plus they have Gluten Free pizza as well! The Price. They have walk in specials that are amazing. $4.99 for a medium cheese are you kidding me that price is the best! All in all they are the best in town.

First order, pizza was okay and service was excusable; second and last order; pizza was terrible and service was inexcusable.

I love pizza but this isn't pizza. Crust? sauce? cheese? all questionable and flavourless. Probably the worst pizza I've ever eaten. Well maybe the playdo pizzas that my kids makes are the worst , but pizza pizza is a close 2nd. Do yourself a favour and spend an extra buck or two for real ingredients.
