Dairy Queen - Orangeville

Husband and I sometimes crave a hot dog and fries for lunch. We always agree let 's go to Dairy Queen . Service is always good and restaurant is clean.

We have attended here many times always been impressed with the great service. It goes without saying that the ice crème is awesome. The drive-thru service is always quick efficient as well.

Up until recently I was unaware that DQ could offer a Gluten Free Ice Cream Cake. I was thrilled to learn about. I went into the restaurant and spoke directly with the Cake Design Employee, and she explained how they would keep this cake gluten free. All of the employees who I had the pleasure of speaking and dealing with from purchase to pick up were all so friendly and kind. AND the cake tasted and looked AMAZING. Thank you DQ Orangeville :

Stopped in on our travels because we actually wanted something fast instead of sit down. We ordered and they gave us a number to sit down with and they would bring us our food. The food came within five minutes and was very fresh. The fries were as perfect as you'd want from fast food, crisp and not loaded with oil. All in all, pleased with this fast food place. I'll come back again.

After a long trip home, we were looking forward to some comfort food and a special dessert at this restaurant. However, we were greeted by extremely indifferent servers and had a disappointing experience overall. Dairy Queen holds a special place in my heart from my childhood, so I wanted to share that tradition with my children. Unfortunately, this is the second time we have been let down at this location. The first time, I spoke with management and they gave me a courtesy coupon, but what I really wanted was for the issue to be fixed. This time, when I questioned the server about the presentation of a banana split, I was told that it was normal and that I should have specified how I wanted it. The server was honest, but it made me question whether it was worth paying over $5.00 for this experience. It's up to you to decide if we will return.
