Great food always. Pricey.. what's up with sauce though? Is there a shortage? By the time you get through the top the meat is dry, no more sauce.

Selection is limited to the basics: meat, hash and rice, slaw, pickles, and bread. What they do have is very well done, though, and probably helps with keeping prices low.
